You are invited to an afternoon of Tapas, Vino & Jazz at the gorgeous gardens of the Georis Adobe, next to the famed Corkscrew Restaurant to benefit Palenke Arts. You will be able to enjoy delectable Georis wines and hors d’oeuvres graciously donated by our hosts Sylvia and Walt Georis, while listening to our Palenke Arts Jazz Combo directed by world-class saxophonist Paul Contos, featuring our young instrumentalists and singers, and special guest Grammy-winner pianist Tammy Hall.

We hope you will join us to help us raise funds for Palenke Arts, a 501c3 nonprofit organization (EIN # 82-1786480) that exists to create a safe, vibrant and inclusive multicultural arts center in the city of Seaside, benefitting all of the Monterey Peninsula. We aim to uplift youth voices, inspire creativity and transform our community into a place where everyone feels seen, valued and welcomed through the healing power of the arts. Come and learn about our brand new Teen Center and our plans for our Forever Home.

Palenke Arts is the recipient of the 2019 Award for the Arts and Culture from the Nonprofit Alliance of Monterey County and our executive director Juan L. Sánchez was named 2022 Champion of the Arts by the Arts Council for Monterey County.
